Making Best Decisions

Lately I’ve been at the crossroads in a few different intersections of life.

These are decisions that affect not only myself and my family, but people that I employ and the weight of their future and successes.

These decisions are uncomfortable. They are gut decisions.

Often these decisions reveal my insecurities. They reveal my inabilities. My deepest fears of failure.

We don’t make our best decisions out of fear.

We make our best decisions out of love.
